Secured payments

On www.equi-nutri.be, we offer you secure, suitable and fast payment methods. These payment methods are centralized and protected by the STRIPE payment platform.

We offer you the possibility to pay via these different methods:

  • Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, CB Cartes Bancaires, American Express
  • Instant transfer with secure bank redirection: Bancontact (QR Code): from your banking app on your smartphone

Your invoice will be sent to you by email and included in your parcel.

You can also view it in your customer account.

RETURN CONDITIONS

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Did you receive an item that doesn't match your order? A problem with your delivery? Do not hesitate to contact our customer service at commande@equi-nutri.be

Our team will explain the procedure to you and provide you with the return label if necessary.

We do not exchange items: returns are only accepted in exchange for a refund, after discussion with our customer service.

When returning one of your purchases: please take the necessary care in packaging so that shipping takes place under the best conditions. All delivered items must be included in your parcel (original packaging, instructions, accessories if applicable, etc.).

Please do not affix the return label directly to the product's original packaging, but use a suitable shipping box instead. Refunds are made after verification of the

returned items and can only be processed if the products have not been used and can be put back on sale.

If you return your entire order within 14 days of receiving your parcel (legal withdrawal period), return shipping costs remain your responsibility, but we will refund the shipping costs of your original order. Beyond this period, or if your return concerns only part of your order, only the returned products will be refunded.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept all returns, mainly for health reasons.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or tried items cannot be returned as they cannot be put back on sale
  • Items on quick sale/promotion that are approaching their expiration/use-by date* cannot be returned or refunded
