Fast delivery

Biodôme is a small, human-scale company. Our warehouse is located in Wellin, in the Walloon Region. We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Parcel pickup by our carrier is generally done in the afternoon.

BELGIUM

  • Delivery times for Belgium are 1 to 5 business days (not guaranteed)
  • We work with the carrier DPD.
  • The delivery cost is €5.80 excl. VAT - Shipping is free from €60 of purchases
  • Delivery to a DPD pickup point is available. Free shipping via this service is not currently available, we apologize for the inconvenience.

FREE SHIPPING

For any order of min. €60 of purchases, you get FREE and FAST delivery.

You can calculate the cost of your products directly as soon as they are added to your cart. When you check out, shipping costs are automatically removed if you reach a minimum of €60 in purchases.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

We share your email address with DPD's services to allow you to track the delivery of your parcel. You receive email notifications at every step: from shipping to delivery.

If you do not receive these emails, we first recommend checking your junk/spam folder. Some email inboxes have very strict security settings. Feel free to add our email addresses to your contact list: commande@equi-nutri.be and contact@biodome.be

We also recommend checking that the email address you provided us when placing your order on our website is correct. Sometimes a mistake can slip in. Feel free to correct it or send us a quick email.
