Laboratoire EQUI-NUTRI is a small, human-scale company of 4 people.
We do everything we can to provide you with optimal, quality service. Response times may sometimes be longer (a few days) depending on the request, but you will always receive an answer to your question and possible solutions to any issues encountered.

We are open Monday to Friday according to the following schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM
A question about tracking your order?
Do not hesitate to check the status of your parcel. If it shows as delivered: it sometimes happens that the carrier, as a courtesy, leaves it with a neighbor or in a safe location. Feel free to check around your property.
Would you like to add an item to your order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify your order once your cart has been confirmed and paid for. However, if you notice that an item is missing, feel free to place a new order before 12:00 PM the same day. We will do what's needed to send you all items in a single parcel, and we will try to refund any duplicate shipping costs if applicable. For more information, contact us at commande@equi-nutri.be
Exchanges of items are not accepted
