EVA ceramic filter technology:
- guarantees a constant pore size of 0.2 microns to filter even the most heavily sedimented water
- retains all harmful substances foreign to water, such as rust from pipes, fine polluting particles, sediments, germs and impurities such as E Coli, Salmonella, Cryptosporidium, Giardia, Cholera and Thyphoid, etc...
- is covered with a 1 cm thick shell of neutral ceramic (porosity 0.2 micron), the interior is made of silica.

Usage
In daily use, the duration is 18 months on average (depending on the hardness of your water).
It is recommended to replace the ceramic filter every 6 months
INSTALLATION
Insert the ceramic into the upper tray of the fountain.
Hold the ceramic by the support (do not hold it or the dome as this could break it) then screw in the wing nut. If you rotate the ceramic on its base, you risk separating it and breaking it.
Lightly wipe the ceramic with a cloth or sponge under tap water.
MAINTENANCE
It is recommended to clean the ceramic at least once a month, without detaching it from its base, with white organic alcohol vinegar, preferably with lukewarm water at hand washing temperature, and to rinse it again under running water before putting it back in place.
Its lifespan in daily use is 18 months on average (depending on the hardness of your water).
It is advisable to check the condition of the ceramic when changing the filtration cartridge of your EVA fountain.
